The novel "The wind in the willows" is a fantasy book written by Kenneth Grahame. It is where two friends, the Mole and the Rat go on exciting adventures. They both are very kind to each other and always helped each other. They also try to control their friend Toad who was an immature character and kept wasting his money. The badger is   also a kind character because he always helped the people who were lost in the snow.

 In my point of view, this is a fun novel for kids and i would also recommend it to adults who like to read fairy tales. Kenneth Grahame wrote this book in 1908 especially for kids and he has also written many other books.
